Grant Application Deadline: August 31, 2025

Your projects are important to us. To maximize your chances of receiving a response before the end of the year, we strongly recommend submitting your complete application online through the Admission platform no later than August 31, 2025.

  • If you’ve already started an application on your Admission account, please complete and submit it as soon as possible, before the deadline. You may also start a new application, but it must be fully completed and submitted by August 31. See below for the steps to follow for new and existing partners.
  • Please allow three to four months from the submission date to receive a final decision (approval or refusal).
  • Submitting your application before the deadline does not guarantee its approval.
  • The needs expressed by our partners are significant, and the number of projects we can support depends on the financial resources available for the current year.
  • Applications received after August 31, 2025 will be placed on a waiting list, in order of receipt.

Before starting your application

Your project must meet our eligibility criteria, must fall within one of our areas of action and take place in one of the countries where we work. You may submit 1 to 2 applications per year.

Your grant application must be submitted online on our Admission platform. This new platform simplifies the submission of your funding applications and the management of your ongoing projects. It provides a smooth and intuitive experience for all users.

To help you get started, please consult our User Guide. This guide will help you connect to and navigate through the new Admission platform.

The 5 steps for submitting a grant application

Does your project meet the eligibility criteria for receiving funding support from the Foundation?

If you are an active partner organization of the Foundation, you can submit a full grant application on the Foundation’s Admission Platform by logging in to your account here. You are not required to fill out the idea form.

If you are a new partner organization, you can begin the five-step application process:

  1. Register your organization on the Admission Platform. You will have access to the idea form once the Foundation has validated your organization.
  2. Complete the project idea form. This form is to present a summary of your project so that the Foundation can determine if it meets our criteria. It must be accompanied by a reference letter from an organization that has previously collaborated with the Foundation and can recommend your organization.
  3. Internal analysis. Your idea will be analyzed and will be either be accepted or refused. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the decision.
  4. If your idea is accepted, you will be invited to submit a full grant application using our online form on the Admission Platform.
  5. Internal analysis. Your grant application will be analyzed and either refused or accepted. You will be notified by e-mail of the decision.

Managing your project and your final report

If your grant application is accepted, the Admission platform will be your main tool for managing your project and for all project-related follow-ups, including submitting the final narrative and financial report.
