Grant application
Each year, the Roncalli International Foundation funds more than 100 projects that empower communities in the Global South. Yes, more than 100!
Before starting your application
Your project must meet our eligibility criteria, must fall within one of our areas of action and take place in one of the countries where we work. You may submit 1 to 2 applications per year.
The 5 steps for submitting a grant application
Does your project meet the eligibility criteria for receiving funding support from the Foundation?
If you are an active partner organization of the Foundation, you can submit a full grant application on the Foundation’s Admission Platform by logging in to your account here. You are not required to fill out the idea form.
If you are a new partner organization, you can begin the five-step application process:
- Register your organization on the Admission Platform. You will have access to the idea form once the Foundation has validated your organization.
- Complete the project idea form. This form is to present a summary of your project so that the Foundation can determine if it meets our criteria. It must be accompanied by a reference letter from an organization that has previously collaborated with the Foundation and can recommend your organization.
- Internal analysis. Your idea will be analyzed and will be either be accepted or refused. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the decision.
- If your idea is accepted, you will be invited to submit a full grant application using our online form on the Admission Platform.
- Internal analysis. Your grant application will be analyzed and either refused or accepted. You will be notified by e-mail of the decision.

Managing your project and your final report
If your grant application is accepted, the Admission platform will be your main tool for managing your project and for all project-related follow-ups, including submitting the final narrative and financial report.
