Nomination announcement: Nicole Rouillier is the new President of the Roncalli Foundation
The Roncalli International Foundation is pleased to announce the nomination of Ms. Nicole Rouillier, Adm. A, as its new President.
Ms. Rouillier has extensive experience working in strategic positions in human resources management and organizational development, including thirty years with Cégep Marie-Victorin, where she was Director General for ten years.
Passionate about innovation and professional and organizational development, she has significant expertise in coaching, change management, strategic planning, skills development and executive training. Her involvement in networks in Quebec and across Canada have provided her with opportunities to undertake governance and international development mandates.
Ms. Rouillier is distinguished by her many professional engagements over the years, including:
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (2005-2011), including Vice-President (2007-2010) and President (2010-2011)
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Montreal East Chamber of Commerce since 1993, and Chairman of the Board (2008-2010)
- Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of Université du Québec (2011-2017)
- Second Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Parkinson Québec, and member of the Executive and Governance Committee since 2021
Ms. Rouillier holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and a Master’s degree in Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, and brings invaluable expertise to the Roncalli Foundation.
We are confident that under her presidency, the Foundation will continue to grow and make a significant impact.
